The Visible Mending Series.
The irony of a series called “Visible Mending” is that my creative process required a complete meltdown and rebuild. After a month of trying to wrangle the metal to my will, the initial execution just really fell flat. So, I did what any hard-headed mender would do; I deconstructed the bits before me and reworked my vision. The title remains, but the structural language of repair has completely evolved. I am back at the bench and forging ahead in this new direction. Stay tuned to see how these pieces come back together.
