What is your shipping policy?

Shipping within the U.S. is via USPS Priority Shipping is included with your purchase. Your art jewelry will arrive carefully packaged in a lovely decorated gift box.  

We can also ship USPS First Class International to select countries barring any restrictions on jewelry materials or customs limitations.  You, the buyer, are responsible to pay any customs, tariffs, VAT or entry fees. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage during transit or once received in your customs department.

When will my order be shipped?

Ready-to-Ship: Orders for items that are already made will be shipped within 3 business days.  

Made-to-Order: Items that are made to your selections (size, texture, gemstone, etc.) generally take up to 3 weeks to create before they are shipped.  This allows time to order any necessary supplies, as well as time to create your piece with the attention and care it deserves.  If multiple items are ordered, We do try to "batch" them together as efficiently as possible. If the size or complexity of your order may create a delay, we will contact you to provide a more accurate time projection. Please keep in mind that these are singular handmade pieces created by one person with only two hands. Thus far, we have not figured out how to clone her!

Items are shipped to the address provided by you during the checkout process. Please be sure to verify your address information is correct before you complete the checkout.  We are not responsible if the incorrect address is provided.

Do you accept returns?

Heidi Kingman Jewelry is handcrafted and each piece is created with careful attention to quality, craftsmanship, and design. As handmade items with natural materials, there may be slight variations in color, size, natural inclusions and textures. If for any reason you are unhappy with your recently purchased jewelry item, please contact us immediately to give us the opportunity to rectify the situation.

Ready-made items that are unused and undamaged may be returned for a full refund of your purchase price (does not include shipping fees) within 30 days of purchase.  Simply contact us after receipt and return the items within 30 business days (you pay shipping and insurance).  A refund will be sent to you when your items are received (please let us know to watch for it).  Items should be sent to Heidi Kingman Jewelry, P.O. Box 2481, Layton, Utah 84041-9481.  We are not responsible if your item is lost in transit, so please insure it!

Made-to-Order and custom order items or personalized jewelry are NOT returnable. (Rare exceptions are only to be made at our discretion.) Please be sure of your size to avoid potential disappointment — especially with rings. Not all rings can be resized. If resizing is possible, additional charges will be necessary. Wide flat bands will fit differently than thin or curved/comfort fit bands; typically a flat wide band may need to be a 1/2 size larger. If you need help determining your size or have questions, please contact us before placing your order. We strongly encourage you to have your finger professionally sized if you have any doubts. Any cancellations of made-to-order or custom items must be made within 3 business days of placing your order. Cancelled orders (of made-to-order or custom items) beyond 3 business days will be refunded 50% of the item total to offset costs already in production.
